Refund Policy

At Prashast Academy, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy:

• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are considered only if the course is canceled by Prashast Academy before commencement or if there is a significant discrepancy between the course description and the actual content delivered.

• Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the course start date. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with course content, change of mind, or failure to attend classes.
